Ulthera

Ulthera is a skin-tightening treatment that has the distinction of being consistently effective. All patients will see results to a certain degree and the majority of the treated patients are heppy with the results.

This is unique in the aesthetic medicine world where most technologies loose their appeal after 2-3 years. Ulthera has been as popular, if not more popular than when we first introduced it in 2009.

Dr David Loh is the official Allergan appointed trainer for BOTOX and Juvederm in Singapore, having trained a generation of doctors on BOTOX injection techniques as they start off in their aesthetic medicine careers. But he does not use BOTOX just to decrease lines. He uses BOTOX to enhance one's best features. He can bring out beauty in already very beautiful people. And he can also use BOTOX to prevent the appearance of lines and delay the onset of sagging skin.

Face Fillers

More than just erasing lines, fillers are used to contour the face and to lift sagging skin. Our range of fillers are all hyaluronic acid based and are completely safe when injected into human tissue. They degrade after a period of time and hence do not cause long term problems. For superficial fillers, we use Juvederm with Lidocaine. For deeper areas and The Liquid Facelift, we use VOLUMA. For the lips, we use Restylane's Lipps

Body Fillers

The Coolsculpting by Zeltiq and the 3rd generation Ultrashape are both non-invasive body contouring treatments. Totally external, the treatments involve either freezing the fats as with Coolsculpting OR focusing beams of ultrasound energy into the fat layers to mechanically disrupt the fat cell membranes in the case of Ultrashape. The released fats are then transported safely to the liver and used used as energy.

These treaments are particularly useful for sculpting male abdomens. We have discovered after years of performing liposuction that men tend to tolerate poorly the recovery associated with liposuction of their bellies. Perhaps it is because men are more active and the recovery after liposuction stops them from their activities and as a result they get very grumpy. Or whatever... Anyway, we nowadays recommend most men to do non-invasive treatments like Coolsculpting or Ultrashape

VASER LipoSelection is both gentle and efficient. Large amounts of fats can be effectively removed with only minimal recovery time.
