David Loh Surgery \u96c6\u56e2\u516c\u53f8\u7531 David Loh Surgery Pte.Ltd. \u548c David Loh International Pte.Ltd. \uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0 \u201cDLS\u201d\uff09\u3002(\u7b80\u79f0 \u201cDLS\u201d\uff09\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u89c6\u60a8\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u9690\u79c1\u3002\u672c\u9690\u79c1\u653f\u7b56\u9002\u7528\u4e8e davidloh.sg \u7f51\u7ad9\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0 \u201c\u7f51\u7ad9\u201d\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u6839\u636e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761 2012 \u5e74\u300a\u4e2a\u4eba\u6570\u636e\u4fdd\u62a4\u6cd5\u300b\uff082012 \u5e74\u7b2c 26 \u53f7\uff09\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0 \"PDPA\"\uff09\u5bf9\u6570\u636e\u6536\u96c6\u3001\u5904\u7406\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u8fdb\u884c\u7ba1\u7406\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u672c\u7f51\u7ad9\u5373\u8868\u793a\u60a8\u540c\u610f\u672c\u58f0\u660e\u4e2d\u6240\u8ff0\u7684\u6570\u636e\u60ef\u4f8b\u3002.<\/p>

\u4ece\u672c\u7f51\u7ad9\u6240\u6709\u8bbf\u95ee\u8005\u5904\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u4fe1\u606f<\/strong><\/p>

\u5f53\u60a8\u8bbf\u95ee\u672c\u7f51\u7ad9\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4f1a\u83b7\u53d6\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u6570\u636e\u3002\u5f53\u60a8\u8bbf\u95ee\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7f51\u7ad9\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528 cookie \u548c\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u8ddf\u8e2a\u8bbe\u5907\u6765\u76d1\u63a7\u672c\u7f51\u7ad9\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u60c5\u51b5\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u76d1\u63a7\u60a8\u8bbf\u95ee\u6211\u4eec\u7f51\u7ad9\u7684\u6b21\u6570\u6216\u60a8\u8bbf\u95ee\u7684\u9875\u9762\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4fe1\u606f\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u5efa\u7acb\u7528\u6237\u6863\u6848\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e9b\u6570\u636e\u5c06\u88ab\u6c47\u603b\u6216\u7edf\u8ba1\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u6211\u4eec\u65e0\u6cd5\u8bc6\u522b\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8eab\u4efd\u3002.<\/p>

    1. \u5f53\u60a8\u4e0e\u6211\u4eec\u8054\u7cfb\u65f6\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u5730\u5740\u548c\u59d3\u540d\uff1b;<\/li>

        Cookies \u7684\u4f7f\u7528<\/strong><\/p>

        \u672c\u7f51\u7ad9\u4f7f\u7528 \u201ccookie \u201d\u6765\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u83b7\u5f97\u4e2a\u6027\u5316\u7684\u5728\u7ebf\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002Cookie \u662f\u7f51\u9875\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u60a8\u786c\u76d8\u4e0a\u7684\u6587\u672c\u6587\u4ef6\u3002Cookie \u4e0d\u80fd\u7528\u4e8e\u8fd0\u884c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6216\u5411\u60a8\u7684\u7535\u8111\u53d1\u9001\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002Cookie \u662f\u552f\u4e00\u5206\u914d\u7ed9\u60a8\u7684\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u7531\u5411\u60a8\u53d1\u51fa Cookie \u7684\u57df\u4e2d\u7684\u7f51\u7edc\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u8bfb\u53d6\u3002.<\/p>

        \u60a8\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u5b89\u5168<\/strong><\/p>
